Albert has just come in dressed in a wetsuit with a snorkel........?
I think he's gone funny in the head. I've been sitting in my chair all day watching the telly, and he came in there from his 12 hour shift complaining that his dinner wasn't ready. I can't believe the cheek of him at times. Anyway, he's dressed in a wetsuit and has a snorkel. He hasn't said anything about it, and when i enquired as to why he was dressed like this, he just started a row about his tea not being on the table. He's gone down the chip shop still dressed in the wetsuit. He's so selfish at times as he's not here to answer the phone and i can't hear the telly for it ringing. What should i do about him? Pursue it or just ignore his strange clothes?
Three options here:
First is he has been reading the weather reports and is prepared for flooding.
second is that he met a mermaid when he was out on the Raz on Paisley Road West the other night (doesn't it go past the Kvaerner shipyards in Govan). She might have accidentally got stuck like a limpet onto the side of a ship that was being tested out in the Minch, or somewhere (isn't there an island out in teuchter territory where they claim to be descended from mermaids?), then staggered out down the Paisley road in search of a hot toddy, meeting up with Albert in the "Neep and Numpty" bar somewhere out the back of Feegie Park?
Or, third, he could have developed into a rubber fetishist - seems most likely as he is definitely a perisher.
