Mixing Cadium Red Light and Cobalt Blue?
Ok, we have to do a color wheel using only cadium red light, cobalt blue, and cadium yellow light. I can't get violet or violet red to work. Violet blue comes out half decent but without a good starting color for violet it still looks off. The violet just looks brown. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Any help? I feel retarded for not being able to do this!
Try using thalo blue and cadmium red medium. You could add alizarin crimson (a deep red wine color) second, but try the first two mixtures. You will get a beautiful purple.
